1. Password: So simple yet so important
Never use the same password twice. If any password is found, the culprit wil try to use it to access other areas of your site. Do not use the same password for your cPanel and for any config.php file, for example. If a culprit finds a way to read such a file, they can try those certain password to access your entire account. Unfortunately recently the server has been down some times recently. The most recent one was today (11th May 2008) between AEST 6:00pm-7:14pm. If the downtime continues to happen more frequently then all current and future packages will be given extra bandwidth to compensate. I am very sorry, hopefully it will become more stable quickly.
